Article 7 - Delivery and implementation
The Sticker Boss strives to process orders within the delivery time indicated on the product page. Stated delivery times are indicative and if exceeded do not give the client the right to rescission or compensation, unless delivery is not made within 30 days and the client has given The Stickerbaas notice of default.
The delivery address is the delivery address of the client's address
The delivery address is the address provided by the client to The Stickerbaas. The Sticker Boss is not liable for any delay or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests with The Stickerbaas until the time of delivery to the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Article 8 - Right of withdrawal and customization
For standard products that are not personalized, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reasons.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that are customized or personalized (Article 6:230p sub c of the Civil Code), including stickers with their own text, format or design. Once production of a personalized product has started, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Article 9 - Conformity and warranty
The Sticker Boss guarantees that the products meet the agreement, the specifications listed in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. Defective or faulty products delivered will be replaced or reimbursed free of charge. Complaints about the quality must be reported within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic material.
Article 10 - Liability
The liability of The Sticker Boss is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order in question. The Stickerbaas is not liable for consequential damage, indirect damage, loss of profits or damage due to improper use of the product. The Stickerbaas is also not liable for damages resulting from the use of images or texts to which the client does not own the copyright. The customer indemnifies The Stickerbaas for claims by third parties in this regard.
Article 11 - Intellectual Property
All content, designs and trademarks published on the website are owned or used legitimately by The Sticker Boss. Nothing from the website may be reproduced, stored in an automated database or made public without written permission. By providing a design, the client guarantees that he is entitled to use this design and indemnifies The Stickerbaas against claims from third parties.
Article 12 - Complaints
Complaints about the execution of the agreement should be fully and clearly described and submitted to De Stickerbaas within a reasonable time after the customer has identified the defects. Complaints submitted to The Sticker Boss will be answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, a confirmation of receipt will be sent within 14 days with an indication of when the customer can expect a more detailed answer.
Article 13 - Disputes
On agreements between The Sticker Boss and the customer, only Dutch law applies. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Overijssel.
Article 14 - Applicable law
These conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Dutch law and European consumer legislation. These terms and conditions are also available as a PDF upon request via info@destickerbaas.nl.
