Retraction rights

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. This period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, received the product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or clearly personalized. Since most stickers at The Sticker Boss are produced to order (including your own dimensions, text or design), the right of withdrawal expires once production has started.

Standard products from our assortment that are not personalized do fall under the regular right of withdrawal.

How to return?

Want to return a non-personalized product? Then follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@destickerbaas.nl with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive a confirmation and further instructions within 2 business days.
3. Package the product carefully and send it to:

4. The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Conditions for return

• The product is unused and in original condition.
• The product has original packaging (if any).
• You are returning within 14 days of notification.

Defaulty or wrong products

Did you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product? Please within 7 days of receipt contact us at info@destickerbaas.nl with photos of the product and your order number. We will provide a solution as soon as possible - free of charge to you.

Refund

As soon as we have received and verified the returned product, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method. Any standard shipping costs for the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned.
