Delivery times
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday). The expected delivery time is listed on the product page and depends on the type of product:
- Standard stickers: 2-4 business days after order.
- Personalized stickers: 3-5 business days after confirming the design.
- Large orders or special sizes: 5-7 business days - we will contact you if in doubt.
Orders placed before 12:00 pm on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on weekends will be picked up the next business day.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your package. You will see the exact cost at checkout, before payment.
- Netherlands: free shipping from €35,-. Under €35,- we charge €3,95 shipping costs.
- Belgium and Germany: €6,95.
- Other Europe: from €9,95 (depending on destination and weight).
Shipping method
We ship via PostNL. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code with which you can track your shipment. Parcels are offered as a letterbox package or parcel, depending on the dimensions of your order.
Track & Trace
After shipment we automatically send a Track & Trace link to the email address with which the order was placed. Through this link you can follow the status of your delivery live on the website of PostNL. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam box or contact us via info@destickerbaas.nl with your order number.
Delivery
PostNL delivers on working days between 09:00 and 21:00. Small orders are delivered as a letterbox package and fit through most mailboxes. Larger orders are delivered as a parcel - if you are not at home, follow the instructions on the collection notice from PostNL.
International shipping
We ship to all EU countries. Outside the EU we unfortunately do not ship. International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes - these are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times outside the Netherlands are usually 3-7 business days after shipment.
Didn't receive your package?
Have you not received your package after the expected delivery time? Follow these steps:
- Check the Track & Trace status via the link in your shipping email
- Check if the package was left with a neighbor or at a PostNL pickup point.
- Contact us at info@destickerbaas.nl with your order number. We will resolve it as soon as possible.
In case of demonstrable loss or damage by the carrier, we will send a new package free of charge.
